This report looks at the international opportunities for UK arts and culture.
There are huge benefits to be gained from cultural export and exchange.
International collaborations between artists improve the cultural offer available to us in England. They give audiences the chance to experience the finest artistic talent from across the world, while enriching the practice of artists and organisations here at home. Working internationally also gives our artists and cultural leaders the opportunity to develop new markets and audiences overseas.
On 12 July, our Chair, Sir Nicholas Serota, gave a speech on the importance of global collaboration. We also launched a new report on international opportunities for UK arts and culture.
