The arts also bring benefits to our society, our culture, our education and our economy. From this page, you’ll find our research on the value of art and culture, as well as information about the development of a set of metrics to capture the quality of art and cultural work.

The Research grants programme 2015–18

Between 2015 and 2018 the Arts Council is funding two rounds of innovative research projects that will increase our knowledge and understanding about the impact of arts and culture
